What I do

Four services.
One way of working.

Most engagements are 2 to 12 weeks. Some are a half-day. I scope tightly, work in writing wherever I can, and leave your team with something they can keep using.

Service 01 Half-day or project basis

Business consultation

A second set of eyes for technical decisions, before you commit budget.

Architecture reviews, vendor selection, build-vs-buy, hiring loops. I sit beside your team for as long as you need a thinking partner, and no longer.

Best for small businesses that have outgrown freelancers but aren’t ready to hire a full-time technical lead.

Service 02 Project or retainer basis

Website creation & maintenance

Fast, maintainable sites and web apps. Built to outlast me.

Marketing sites, internal tools, and customer-facing web apps. Modern stacks where they help, boring stacks where they help more.

I prefer projects where I can hand back something your team can keep running on their own, with a clear written record of why each decision was made.

Service 03 Per-day, on-site or remote

AI training & adoption

Hands-on workshops for teams getting actual value out of LLMs.

We don’t talk about AGI. We pick three real workflows from your week and build prompts, tools, and small automations around them. Nothing leaves the workshop unless it works.

Aimed at small operations and product teams. Comfortable with engineers, non-engineers, and rooms with both.

Service 04 Fixed-scope sprint

Product & prototype work

See an idea before you fund it. Working prototypes in weeks, not quarters.

When the question is “should we build this” or “what would it even look like,” a working prototype answers it faster than a deck. I build the thinnest possible version that lets you find out.

Best for founders, product leaders, and design teams who want to test something with real users instead of describing it.

§05 · How I work Habits, not policies
Habit / a
In writing first
Every engagement starts with a short brief — scope, success criteria, what we agree to ignore.
Habit / b
Honest scoping
If it’s three weeks of work, I’ll quote three weeks of work. No padding, no surprise extras.
Habit / c
Boring tools
I pick tools your team can hire for. Novelty is something I do on my own time, on the experiments page.
Habit / d
Plain language
No deck-speak. If you can’t repeat the plan back to me in a sentence, the plan isn’t good enough.

Not sure which fits?
Write me a paragraph.

Tell me what you’re trying to do, what’s in the way, and roughly when you’d want to move on it. I’ll reply with a small plan or tell you honestly if it’s not something I can help with.
